Located in the North Sound of Virgin Gorda, Saba Rock is a tiny little island that we love visiting for lunch or for a quick getaway from St. John!

Known locally as the North Sound Playground, the area surrounding Saba Rock is absolutely stunning in and of itself.  Saba Rock adds to this ambiance with their beautiful hotel rooms, delicious lunch (and dinner) options, and of course their nightly Tarpon Feeding!  When we come up here on a charter or a day off, it’s a VERY laid back day because you can’t and won’t want to rush it.  Catzilla can pull right up on the dock and then you’re free to wander around this beautiful spot.  The main restaurant is downstairs and if you want to take in the views you can venture up the stairs and walk around the whole property.  The best spot to relax is in their comfy arm chairs looking out at the turquoise waters.  There is always people sailing, and kite surfing, and last time Joe was there they ate lunch at the table next to Richard Branson, who owns neighboring Necker Island.
