We get asked pretty much every day what the Best Day Charter Stops are or where we go when we take the boat out, so this is our list of the top five day charter stops in both the USVI and BVI.  A lot of these are food related, because the lunch spots we frequent are sometimes one of the highlights of the day!

Pirate's Bight

Sandy Spit

The Bubbly Pool

Pirates Bight– By far our favorite and most photogenic lunch spot; we love stopping here for lunch or drinks or both.  It’s the perfect spot for groups who want to imbibe as well as families with kids.  Kids and adults love jumping in the clear water right after lunch and the adults can even have beverages brought down to the water or while relaxing on a lounge chair.

The Indians- One of the best spots for snorkeling on a calm day, we love stopping at The Indians on our charters before lunch.  You can be sure to see beautiful large sea fans, lots of fish, and a huge coral wall that goes from the surface all the way down to 50 ft.

Foxy’s Taboo– Located on the far East end of Jost Van Dyke, this is one of our favorite stops for lunch when doing a Jost Van Dyke day.  Casual and situated right off the dock, Foxy’s Taboo has a delicious array of food ranging from pizza and burgers to steak kabobs and salads.  If theres a North swell and you’re planning on coming here, there is a great little hike you can do that will take you to the bubbly pool, a beautiful little spot where the waves roll in over the rocks.

Sandy Spit– Easily our most beautiful stop; Sandy Spit is a must on a day charter! There is nothing on the island except for vegetation and the one famous palm tree (it was said to have been featured in a Corona commercial.) We love stopping here with all our groups whether you want to run around the island or float with a cold beverage in your hand, it’s a must!

Pizza Pi and Christmas Cove- For US Only Trips, this is our go-to lunch spot.  We love the ease of dropping an anchor or picking up a mooring and enjoying a great snorkel while our fresh pizza cooks.  My favorites are The Sweet Home Indiana, and you can’t go wrong with a pizza stick or two! Their menu is always changing so be sure to check their facebook page for updates!
