Neighbor to Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Spit is by far one of the most photogenic and idyllic spots in the British Virgin Islands; even more so if you happen to access it on a day when you have it all to yourself.
This tiny spit of an island is such a fun stopover, we love swinging by here on our way to the Soggy Dollar Bar for a quick dip and a stroll around the island, which you can circumnavigate in under 10 minutes. It also has a beautiful reef off one side with excellent snorkeling when conditions permit.
Famous for being the site of the Corona Feliz Navidad commercial, a trip on CatZilla isn’t complete without a stopover on Sandy Spit.
