Coconut Coast Villas -will officially be open for guests December 1st! If you need reservations before that call them directly at 340-227-7179.
Artistic Villas by Deborah & Donald Schnell– Will be available, but times are TBD
Catered To– Will begin welcoming guests for the holidays. Most of their villas only sustained minor damage and repairs are already underway
Caribbean Villas– Varies Home by Home; contact them directly for specific time frames
St. John Concierge– Planning to be ready for guests close to Dec. 1st
Gibney Cottages– Hoping to be open by the holidays, and repairs are underway.
Conch Villa Vista– Open now and offering Incentives for last minute bookings via their Facebook page.
Villa Tesori– Will be welcoming guests for the holidays
